Does iStore offer a warranty for its products?
Of course! Our goal is to leave you 100% satisfied with your purchase experience through e-istore.gr. Our products have been selected and checked one by one by one before each shipment, to ensure that you will receive exactly what you asked for and without any problem! Of course, even after the most thorough inspection, sometimes there are failures. If you discover a defect in the product you have received from us, please send us an email with a description and an accompanying photo of the defect within 15 days to sales@e-store.gr
If you wish to return the product(s), please send us an email with the details of your original order within the allowed time limit.
The date of receipt is indicated by the number of the accompanying courier voucher you have received with your email confirmation of your shipment from us. If you do not know this number, you can contact us so that we can resend it to you.
Some minor clarifications:
- The return shipping costs of the products are at our company’s expense. The safe return of the products is the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted by General Postal Service.
- Unfortunately, returns of products that have been opened and used, such as for example cases and protective films, cannot be accepted.
- Returns, without prior request via email and appropriate approval from iStore will not be accepted
For all other cases iStore guarantees that it will accept all returns even for fully functional products without any obligation from the customer for further explanations. Returns that are approved will be refunded to their original payment method. If your purchase has been made with a credit/debit card or bank deposit, there is a possibility that there may be a refund delay on the part of your bank for a few days.
